The 1980 to 2000 build-out
Arrowhead went up between 1973 and 1983 with a median of 1974; Forest Ridge, Shenandoah and the condominiums of Pine Island Ridge followed. That whole run sits inside the polybutylene window, the grey supply pipe installed between 1978 and 1995 that chlorine degrades from the inside until a fitting lets go, usually in a wall.
2000 onwards
