From the golf-course streets of Palm Aire to the older blocks near Crystal Lake to the docks along the Intracoastal, our crew rolls out of Deerfield Beach ready for whatever the house throws at us. Describe the problem, we grab the truck.
Ask us to describe a "typical" Pompano Beach call and we'll ask you which part of town. The pipes under a Palm Aire golf-course home, the drains behind a Crystal Lake bungalow and the fixtures inside an Intracoastal dockfront property don't age the same way, and they don't fail the same way either.
The census backs up what the trucks see. In 33060, the centre and Old Pompano, the average home dates to 1969, with the 1960s peaking at 4,317 homes and the 1970s adding 3,770. In 33064, to the northeast through Cresthaven and Kendall Green, the 1970s lead with 6,855 followed by 6,503 from the 1960s. On the beach, 33062 averages 1979, with 7,585 homes from the 1970s. Leisureville alone was built out between 1961 and 1984. Three build eras, three different materials in the walls.

Inland around Palm Aire, the housing stock skews mid-century, with a lot of original galvanized and early-copper supply lines still tucked behind the walls. That metal doesn't announce itself with a leak overnight. It narrows slowly, pressure drops room by room, and by the time a homeowner calls us it's usually a full-house flow problem, not a single fixture.
Closer to the water, along the Intracoastal and the smaller finger canals, salt-laden air gets into everything that isn't sealed tight. We get called out for pinhole leaks in exposed copper on outdoor hose bibs, pool equipment lines and dock plumbing far more often here than we do a few miles inland, and the fix has to account for the environment, not just patch the pipe.
And in the older streets near Crystal Lake and the historic core, cast iron drain lines are still doing the work decades after installation. Scale builds inside the pipe wall until the opening is a fraction of its original size, and a slow drain today is a sewer backup waiting for a rainy week. In the oldest houses along the Dixie Highway there is galvanized on the clean-water side as well.
Here is the difference between this city and Fort Lauderdale: the huge wave of construction at the end of the 1970s and through the 1980s, the towers of 33062, Palm Aire in 33069 and the expansion of 33064, lands squarely inside the polybutylene window of 1978 to 1995. So cast iron leaks in the old east coexist with polybutylene bursts running vertically through the condominiums. Work since 1995 is CPVC and PEX. We run one crew across all three profiles, so the tech who shows up at your door already has a working theory before the van doors open.
Burst pipes, no water, flooded floors. Golf course home or dockfront, we get there.

See drain cleaning →Locating salt-corrosion pinholes on canal and Intracoastal properties before drywall damage.

See repiping →Full drain line replacement where scale has choked the pipe down to a trickle.
See cast iron replacement →Tank and tankless repair or swap-out, sized for condo units and single-family homes.
See water heater service →Camera diagnosis and repair on aging sewer laterals across the older neighborhoods.
See sewer line repair →Pompano Beach lives off the Hillsboro Inlet: its deep-water canals with no fixed bridges reach right into the back yard in Garden Isles and Harbor Village, and in the beach ZIP, 33062, roughly two thirds of the homes are in buildings of ten units or more with an average build year of 1979. That means vertical polybutylene columns, where a leak on a high floor wets three storeys before anyone shuts the water off. It is the reason we ask for the building, not just the address. The same crews cover these cities too.

Whether it's a slow-draining line near Crystal Lake, a pinhole leak on a dockfront property, or a full pipe failure in Palm Aire, tell us what you're seeing and we'll get a truck moving toward your address.
